Reloc8 UK have a well-established relationship with its all its Landlords and agents, this is evidential in the number of properties we are able to procure for Local Authorities to use as discharge of duty offers.

All of the rents on our properties are within Local Housing Allowance meaning that it will always be affordable for your applicants providing they are entitled to either Universal Credit or in employment.

We have been providing Assured Shorthold tenancies to councils for the past 3 years and have housed over 400 applicants across the country.  We are constantly increasing the number of stock we hold due to our professional and committed approach with our landlords.

Our Council members who have joined our portal have access to all our available properties with no limit on the number of properties they can use to discharge their homelessness duties into.

All of our properties will be:

• Inspected by a HHSRS qualified officer
• Come with part furnishing as a minimum (includes fridge freezer, cooker and beds)
• Will be certified with the required documents (EPC, Electrical Cert and Gas Cert)

Rest assured to the councils that once your applicant has been matched to one of our properties they are in capable hands, from the moment we receive the nomination, we will contact the applicant and keep in touch with them through their journey until they arrive at their pick point from where they will be picked up by a booked cab and taken to their destination to meet one of our officers.

We will further continue to support the applicant when they have moved into the property by assist them with setting up any benefit claims, applying for schools and jobs, and registering with local doctors and dentists.
