Reloc8 UK are a relocation company set up specifically to procure properties and facilitate moves for Local Borough Councils (primarily in London).

There has become an urgent need over recent years to assist families in finding long term affordable accommodation. It is becoming more difficult in London as the rents are consistently increasing and making it unaffordable for those that are benefit capped. In addition to affordability, we are also able to assist with the sever overcrowding by making sure we place families in properties that fit their requirements.

Reloc8 UK believe service is key, and personally oversee every move to make sure both landlord and tenant are happy with their new accommodation. We support both parties throughout the duration of the tenancy or for as long as we are required. It is important that the tenancy is sustained and that the tenants are supported to settle in their new area as it can often be a distance from their original accommodation.

Our mission is to assist with ending homelessness in the UK. We do not believe that anyone should have to sleep rough or experience overcrowded homes. We want to provide tenants with security, so that they can make a life for themselves and their children.
