Reloc8 UK offers a comprehensive tenancy sustainment service, we have a highly trained team of officers who are skilled to provide an efficient and robust service.  We will not turn our backs on our tenants.

Our officers aim to give tenants information, advice and skills required to live independently successfully maintain their tenancy, we can advise or assist with:

• Money Management
• Benefit Queries – Help with completing forms
• Life Skills
• Signposting to other agencies and organisations
• Tenancy related advice – rent arrears

All tenants are fully affordability checked and have had their right to rent in the UK checked.

We will be on hand to assist landlords if they have any queries or issues throughout the tenancy.
